Hey I'm Emma, a personal trainer on the Gold Coast. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build strength or improve your overall health and fitness I will help you on this journey. I offer a variety of different services for all fitness levels ranging from 1 to 1 personal training to outdoor fitness sessions for you and up to 3 friends. I can't wait to hear from you.

Fitness Specialities


High intensity interval training. The aim of this type of training is to get you to perform as many reps at max effort for a short period of time with short rest intervals. It's fun, sweaty and intense!

Boxing & Kickboxing

Want to learn how to punch and kick? My kickboxing and boxing sessions are an exciting way to mix up your training. I will teach you padwork combos with some boxing drills thrown in.

Strength training

Want to feel stronger and fitter? Strength and resistance training will help build muscle, improve joint function and increase overall endurance.

Circuit Training

Want some variety in your workouts? Circuit training is a great way to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength endurance. Circuit training will elevate your heart rate and keep it high through the entire circuit due to the short rest periods.
